Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Interwoven to Present at 2008 AIIM International Exposition and Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif., - March 3, 2008 - Interwoven, Inc, (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, today announced that it will present a joint session with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts at the 2008 AIIM International Exposition and Conference on March 6th at 12 noon at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

The session, entitled "Putting Content in Context: How Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Takes Care of its Customers and its Business," will examine how Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts used a number of Interwoven content management solutions to be more responsive to its members' needs while controlling costs and meeting regulatory mandates.

The session will be led by Mark Farone, director IT operations Web Enterprise Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Tom Wentworth, director of content management solutions at Interwoven, who will discuss key document management issues, including:

  • How to automate key document management processes that span multiple departments.
  • How to manage both content and meta-content, security and access identifiers, and configurations of a rules engine or workflow system.
  • How to use indexing to automate the search and retrieval of any content asset, no matter the file type or the location.
